WE ARE HIRING

We are in need of a sales associate for our Garden Center. This person will need to be available for working on the weekend.

• Extensive knowledge of Trees, shrubs, lawns, etc...
• Identify and treat diseased plants 
• Residential Landscape designs a plus 
• Sales and marketing background a plus.
• Computer skills – email, word, excel, Point of Sale System.
• Inventory Management – working knowledge of inventory on-hand
• Ability to arrange and display products & merchandise based on seasons. 
• Responsible for watering and upkeep of Garden Center and Nursery items. 
• Greet and assist customers with a friendly approach
• Maintain safe conditions for customers and staff 
• Select inventory including products and equipment 
• Maintain corporate records –  record what sells to determine future orders.
• Weekend availability; must be able to work weekends
• Experienced with small machinery – forklifts, etc.
• Able to lift 60lbs (or more) with assistance when needed.
• Load and unload trucks
